What is a good one for a tenor uke? And another question: I have a Balalaika from years ago that my dad "borrowed" and left in a desert environment as a decor without keeping it moist. Is it now ruined or is there some kind of restoration that I can do, before daring to restring it, so it won't crack. So far, it looks intact, but I don't want to mess it up as it's been in an arid environment for decades.

The Oasis OH-18 is what we suggest. As far as the balalaika, each instruments condition is individual and I would have a luthier or technician look at it first. There may be loose braces inside that should be re-glued before you put tension back on it.
