Trade-ins by mail?

Let's say I have a Koaloha soprano, I box it up nicely and ship it to your store, you look at it and deem it worthy, and you give me some discount on an Ohta San, which you then ship to me, and you sell the Koaloha.
I suspect the answer is no-can-do, but I thought I'd check! Thanks, Dan

Yeah we can do that. I want to build up the used and 2nds section again so I will take used instruments but we would discuss the numbers before hand and make sure if all checks out everyone will be happy.

This sounds like a great idea. I have a gretsch that I'd like to trade up

I like the idea too. It'll make things easier for sellers looking to trade up. Used buyers will also have confidence when purchasing from HMS.

This is really good news. I would be more inclined to buy a used ukulele from HMS rather than risk my chances elsewhere.
